Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on eligible items.

How it works

1. Open the order in your account and choose Request a return.
2. Pick the items and tell us what went wrong.
3. We arrange a pickup and inspect the goods.
4. An approved refund is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Items that arrive damaged or wrong are always refunded in full, delivery included.
